MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD: update and observations from clinical trials.

Michael Mithoefer's recent concise update on MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD at the ICPR conference was as good as his presentations typically are. If you cut and paste this YouTube URL into your browser, you should be able to view his lecture - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEZUzRd-LQQ&feature=emb_logo - the video contains some interesting early observations too on reduced outcomes for participants recently off SSRI/SNRI’s.  There's also a very interesting description of a particular participant’s therapeutic journey, illustrating the potential richness of the psychotherapeutic work that can be involved. See too co-presenter refugee Pedram Dara telling his own moving story.
