Rosie is a psychotherapist with 20 years of professional mental health experience and a deep respect for psychedelic medicines and their potential for human growth and development.
Her therapeutic approach acknowledges the interconnectedness of the mind, body, work, and personal environments. She offers a compassionate, non-judgemental, and exploratory space to help individuals prepare for and integrate psychedelic experiences. Committed to providing a supportive and guiding environment, Rosie helps clients explore meaning and cultivate a deeper, more authentic connection with themselves, others, and the world around them.
Believing that each client has the intrinsic resources to heal and thrive, she integrates various therapeutic approaches to best meet individual needs. She works from a trauma- and neurodivergence-informed framework, drawing on a range of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Interventions, CBT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
