Kate Mollison
Kate brings a rich diversity of experience to her role as a facilitator. During her 10 years in Southeast Asia, she developed a deep interest in meditation and mindfulness, which later inspired her return to Scotland to retrain as a therapist.
For the past 25 years she has worked in Glasgow across NHS and private services, specialising in trauma and resilience, and training in CBT and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Now self-employed as a therapist, coach, supervisor and facilitator, Kate joined PHP in 2020 and has facilitated around 20 retreats. She advocates for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy as a vital addition to mental health care and a pathway to deeper self-awareness and connection. Kate trained with Mindfulness Scotland and sees mindfulness and psychedelics as powerful gateways to acceptance and self-compassion.
