James has trained as a medical doctor, in several forms of psychotherapy, in group work, and as a yoga & meditation teacher.

Kate brings a rich diversity of experience to her role as a facilitator. During her 10 years in Southeast Asia, she developed a deep interest in meditation and mindfulness, which later inspired her return to Scotland to retrain as a therapist.

Niki, is a psychologist, psychotherapist and trainer in Compassion Focused Therapy.

Lin brings nearly 30 years’ experience as a psychotherapist, offering a grounded, warm, and intuitive presence.
